The Wagilean Method describes a practical hybrid of Waterfall planning, Agile execution, and Lean optimization commonly used in modern project environments.

After years working in agencies and managing digital projects, I noticed that most organizations do not truly operate under a single methodology. In practice, teams often combine elements of Waterfall planning, Agile execution, and Lean optimization. I began referring to this hybrid approach as The Wagilean Method™.

The Wagilean Method is particularly useful in complex project environments where strategic planning, iterative development, and operational efficiency must coexist. It is commonly seen in digital production, agency environments, cross-functional teams, and large organizational initiatives.
